Hannah Kramer joins as Chief Legal Officer to help drive data centre growth in Europe
Apto, a visionary data centre company delivering world-class hyperscale data centres across Europe, proudly welcomes Hannah Kramer as Chief Legal Officer (CLO), further strengthening Apto’s leadership under Russell Poole.
Bringing nearly two decades of real estate and property experience, including most recently five years at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Hannah contributed significantly to multiple region and metro launches. Her expertise in navigating complex challenges like land ownership, permitting, community engagement and taxation, positions her to anticipate and mitigate constraints and risks to streamline legal processes across jurisdictions.
As CLO, Hannah will oversee all legal aspects of the company, ensuring compliance while collaborating with customers. Championing a customer-centric approach which prioritises the specific operational needs of Apto’s hyperscale and cloud service provider customers, her goal is to enhance the customer experience and streamline the process for all stakeholders. She will also oversee and advise on all legal aspects for the business, both internally and externally.
